Laiyn Vallis lives in Arkebis with his older brother Kal. Laiyn bears a strong family resemblance to his brother. They both share the same dark hair, caramel colored skin and bright green eyes, though Laiyn's build is somewhat more stocky.
Laiyn lives with his brother in a converted lighthouse. Laiyn has had several jobs in his life, ranging from dock worker to retail clerk. Though well meaning, Laiyn often finds himself in trouble. He has been known to start fights, steal and vandalize. This has often lead to his arrested, though so far all charges have been minor.
